Iwagakure

Iwagakure Shunshin no Jutsu [Hidden Rock Instantaneous Body Skill]
An ability developed by the Hidden Rock Village. By using this technique the user disappears beneath the surface of the ground and appears somewhere else. The user has to have been to the area before, and be able to sense the location with his own chakra before being able to transport him there. This means that the distance is limited to about one mile.

Ninpou • Ishi Shinjou [Ninja Arts • Stone Body]
Ishi Shinjou a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Rock Ninja. By focusing and channeling the chakra all over their bodies, the Hidden Rock Ninja can harden themselves all over, making their body as solid as a rock. This makes their Taijutsu very hard and powerful; physical attacks to their body become reduced in damage, however, speed lowers slightly as they feel heavier all over.

Doton • Haka Souken[Earth Style • Grave Creation]
This jutsu is used by Iwa shinobi. After making the necessary handseals the user sends chakra into the ground using any of their limbs. The user designates a circular area, with a radius no larger than 4m. The ground in that area immediately compresses to be 10m deep, creating a circular grave. The farther the designated area is the more chakra control is required, 1m per control stat. The grave compresses the earth to the density of stone, so normal dirt digging techniques cannot be used to escape, however earth techniques that allow one to transverse the earth can be used.

Doton • Haka Maisou[Earth Style • Grave Burial]
This jutsu is used by Iwa shinobi. After making the Doton • Haka Souken, the user can perform additional hand seals and cause the earth around the circle to compress around anyone in the grave. The grave closes by using the solid earth from the top of the grave and closes downward at a steady pace. The user can opt to only close the top or the top half as well as any other measurements if they wish to capture rather than kill.

Ninpou • Ishi Kobushi [Ninja Arts • Stone Fists]
Ishi Kobushi is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Rock Ninja. By channeling chakra into their fists, the Hidden Rock Ninja can harden them, making them as solid as a rock. This makes their punches very hard and powerful; physical attacks on the hand become reduced in damage.

Kirigakure

Suiton • Mizu Tama Kurie-shon [Water Element • Mist Ball Creation]
Mizu Tama Kurie-shon is a Ninjutsu technique that allows the user to create a small ball that, when broken, will spew out a small cloud of mist. The mist will only last for a minute or two (one post) and will only cover a small area.

Ninpou • Kirigakure no Jutsu [Ninja Arts • Hidden Mist Technique]
Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist Ninja. Forming a one handed seal the ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in thick mist or fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

Return
A simple jutsu that is used while the user is underwater. After completing the needed hand seals, the user starts to float to the top of the water at a very fast rate. If the user was too far down, then they will probably start to go unconscious due to the air pressure changes.

Dizzy Drizzle
An annoying jutsu made in in the hidden mist village, the ninja just performs the hand seals and pulls their hand to their mouth. Spitting out a thin spray, it will cause a brief light drizzle to fall on the battle field. Anyone aside from the user caught in the drizzle will suffer from a brief dizzy spell.

Uo-Fuketsu Nioi [Foul Fish Smell]
This genjutsu manipulates the senses of someone to believe that a foul odor of unknown origin. The smell will make the person nauseous as well as making it difficult to concentrate on executing their ninja arts.

Konohagakure

Rasengan [Spiral Sphere]
The technique is unlike other jutsu in that it does not require any handseals, it just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause much destructive impact. Thus the technique was pure shape manipulation of chakra, unlike most elemental techniques which are shape and nature manipulation.

Hidden Leaf Assailant
A ninjutsu utilized by the sneakier of the Hidden Leaf Village ninja, this technique can be very useful for killing quickly and silently. The primary requirement however, is not being noticed. So long as they are hidden from view they can do it. The ninja will simply throw a multitude of chakra coated leaves into the area surrounding their target. The chakra will cause the leaves to rapidly multiply, creating a cloud of leaves. The ninjutsu user can simply jump into the cloud and grab many leaves, which will cause those leaves to get as sharp as a kunai. Allowing them to use it to assassinate the opponent or throw a barrage of leaf kunai.

Haikagura [Cloud of Ashes]
This Hidden Leaf technique instantly chars the flora in an area to create a cloud of ashes to grant concealment to the user (if used in front of the user) or blind and choke an opponent momentarily (if used around an target).

Kumogakure

Dendou Ame [Electric Rain]
After performing the needed hand seals, the user releases a spread of lightning into the rain-filled skies. the rain hit by this lightning spread is then turned into an electrified rain that will shock on touch, creating a wall of pain that descends onto its target. Each raindrop will cause a static-like shock, and this can only occur once per technique use. If the rain must or might touch anything grounded after being hit by the lightning, it will lose its charge.

Kumosora no Jutsu [Cloud Sky Technique]
This technique is used to seed clouds to quickly grow into rain clouds with lighting. After performing the proper seals, the user touches the ground releasing an upward bolt of lightning into a cloud, agitating and ionizing it, causing it to grow and eventually cause rainfall starting in 5 turns and lasting for 5. The rain can be used for other techniques.

Kumo Ken [Cloud Blade]
Description: While Kumo is a rather open village and does not have a whole lot of secretive techniques, this justsu has been hidden from the rest of the world. The cloud blade jutsu utilizes the water element and lets the user form a white blade made purely of clouds. As it is, that would be useless since clouds are little other then water. But this blade has the ability to move between a gas and a solid form. Once the blade is created the user can send a small chakra pulse into the blade changing the state of the blade between gas and solid. This allows the blade to pass through solid objects before solidifying to slice through opponents and then reverting back to its originally gaseous form.
If control is less then ten the blade can only change to solid form for about one second at a time, if control is ten or above the blade can be changed between gas and solid at will. Lasts 2 posts.

Shindou no Rakka [Shock Drop Jutsu]
The user starts by making a handseal and then focusing chakra into his right hand. Water condenses on the tips of his fingers. The user shoots the drops of water at the opponent. Upon release the water is charged with electricity, leaving a small trail of lightning in their wake. Upon contract with the opponent they explode(with the force of 1/5 an exploding tag) and leave that spot slightly numb with a burn.

Sunagakure

Daisan no Me [The Third Eye]
This rather simple technique belongs to the most effective and safest spying techniques. By performing the the necessary handseal, the user is able to turn a little heap of sand into an object that resembles a human eyeball. The ‘eye’ will be created next to the user [within a 5 meter radius] but it can be left alone after its creation. While being able to float in midair and turn around its own axes, the third eye isn’t able to move. While being active, this third eye will feed visual information back to the user, who has to concentrate on the connection. The user is only able to control one Third Eye at a time, due to the fact that the brain wouldn’t be able to compregend the mass of visual information and therefore overloard immediately. Creating a new, second Third Eye would immediately destroy the first. Even though the user is linked to the eye’s field of vision, he doesn’t take any harm if the eye is destroyed, which doesn’t take more than a simple hit.

Manako Gyakujou [Eye Distraction]
Prerequisite: Daisan no Me [The Third Eye]
Once the third eye has been activated this jutsu can be used. By activating a handseal this jutsu causes the third eye to explode, and make a loud noise. This could be used as a great distraction tactic while fighting the enemy, after acquiring the information from the eye.

Suna Kyuutai [Sand Sphere]
By forming the necessary handseals, the sand begins to pack together forming a solid, seamless sphere around the user, covering him from every possible angle of attack. Extremely hard to break through, this Jutsu is a double-edged sword due to the fact that the user traps himself inside the sphere, unable to notice what exactly is happening outside. The final handseal must also be held in place to maintain the technique, preventing the user from using other techniques while hiding within the sphere. With all of these drawbacks, though, comes a terrific defense.
